About cedar wood
Cedar is one of the most familiar domestic coniferous trees to Japanese people and is one of the most representative of Japanese domestic coniferous trees.
Among conifers, it is soft and has excellent workability, and has long been used for a wide range of purposes, including building materials and furniture materials.
There are famous mountain areas all over the country (Akita, Yoshino (Nara), Kitayama (Kyoto), etc.), and the quality of the wood varies depending on the region.
Characteristics of cedar wood
The boundary between the sapwood (edge part) and heartwood (center part) is clearly defined, with the sapwood being pale yellow and the heartwood varying from pale pink to dark brown.
The grain is generally straight and soft, but some old trees can develop unique grain, and there is a wide variety of wood available, from ordinary to high-quality.

If the product is damaged, the wrong size, or any other defects are caused by our negligence, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a refund. We will only accept returns if the product is unused.
We cannot accept returns if the product is damaged or stained while in the customer's possession. Please note that due to the nature of viewing on a computer, the product image may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the screen. The color of the image is not considered a defect on our part.
